New front Cambridge Railway Station SketchUp 1

After having completed the actual building of Cambridge Railway Station, then, I decided to change the front of it making the interior lighter and more spacious. So before starting, I decided to sketch the front.

Then, I used SketchUp so I will show the steps.

1: I made the mould just next to the building and then tried to use the tool 'Push/Pull' to make the mould 3D and so that it covers the front. Unfortunately, it did not work, so I had to create more moulds along the front and then link them by using the 'Line' tool.

2: The main entrance was hard to make but I could manage to make it.

3: After having made the new front, the next step was to make it transparent. So I used the tool 'Paint Bucket' and chose 'transparences'. Then I chose the type of glass I wanted.

4: I also removed the glasses of the windows.

5: This is the final piece.
